8 deluxe haor-view cabins: standard 2 people x 8 = 16, maximum 3 people x 8 = 24

2 single cabins can accommodate 2 more people

Each deluxe cabin includes an attached bathroom and 2 single beds, total capacity 18–26+ people

To cancel any tour, send an email to bookmebdltd@gmail.com with tour booking ID, phone number, and cancellation details

Email acts as the final cancellation request, phone calls or direct contact with team members will not be considered

Time of sending the email is considered as the official cancellation time

In exceptional circumstances (acts of God, natural disasters, government closures), Bookme may offer alternative dates or full refund at its discretion

If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen reasons, travelers are entitled to a full refund

This policy may change without prior notice; refer to the website or booking confirmation for the latest info

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable

Policy may not apply during national emergency, lockdown, political unrest, or natural disasters

Applicable to all cancellations, regardless of reason

Refund

80% refund if cancelled more than 21 days before the tour

50% refund if cancelled 14–21 days before the tour

30% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before the tour

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the tour

Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable
