Adequate tea will be served; travelers can have tea anytime they want.

Travelers can drink water from the onboard water filter.

Itinerary timings are subject to change due to weather, river tides, traveler convenience, or other unavoidable circumstances. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator/host/organizer in such cases.

Travelers should contact the tour operator/host/organizer in case of any trouble or problem during the tour.

Do not litter; use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.

Cancellation Policy – Bookme Tours

To cancel any tour, an email must be sent to bookmebdltd@gmail.com with the tour booking ID, phone number, and details of the cancellation. Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme as soon as possible. The email will serve as the official cancellation request. Phone calls to the hotline or contacting team members directly will not be considered valid for cancellation. The time the email is sent will be considered the official time of cancellation.

In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government-mandated closures, Bookme may offer alternative tour dates or a full refund at its discretion. If a tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen reasons, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or your booking confirmation for the most up-to-date information. Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, or festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This policy may not apply during national emergencies, lockdowns, political unrest, or natural disasters. It applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason.
 

Refund Structure

80% refund if canceled more than 21 days before the tour starts.

50% refund if canceled 14–21 days before the tour starts.

30% refund if canceled 7–14 days before the tour starts.

No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the tour starts.

Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
 

Child Policy

Children below 3 years: free (no separate seat or accommodation).

Children 4–10 years: 75% of the adult fee.

Children above 10 years: full adult fee applies.
