📜 Policy

🚫 Cancellation Policy

To cancel any tour, travelers must send an email to bookmebdltd@gmail.com mentioning their booking ID, phone number, and cancellation details.

The traveler is responsible for informing Bookme about the cancellation as early as possible.

The email will be treated as the final and official cancellation request.

Phone calls, text messages, or direct communication with any Bookme team member will not be accepted as valid cancellation requests.

The time of sending the email will be considered as the official cancellation time.

In case of unavoidable events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances), Bookme may provide either an alternate tour date or a full refund, depending on the situation.

If the tour is canceled by Bookme due to unforeseen reasons, travelers will receive a full refund of the tour fee.

This policy may change without prior notice. Please check the Bookme website or your booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the latest information.

Tours booked on blackout dates, government holidays, or festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

This cancellation policy may not apply during national emergencies, lockdowns, political unrest, or natural disasters.

The policy is applicable for all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason.

💰 Refund Policy

80% refund if canceled more than 21 days before the tour start date.

50% refund if canceled 14–21 days before the tour.

30% refund if canceled 7–14 days before the tour.

No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the tour.

Convenience and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
