Cancellation

To cancel a tour booking, travelers must send an email to bookmebdltd@gmail.com clearly mentioning their tour booking ID, contact number, and details of the cancellation request.
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.

Please note that emails serve as the official application for cancellation. Phone calls to the Bookme hotline or direct messages to any team member will not be considered valid cancellation requests.
The time of sending the email will be treated as the official time of cancellation.

In exceptional cases—such as natural disasters, acts of God, or mandatory government restrictions—Bookme may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative tour date or issue a full refund.

If a tour is canceled by the Bookme team or the tour operator due to unavoidable circumstances, travelers will receive a full refund of the tour fee.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the Bookme website or your booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most updated version.

Tours booked during blackout dates, government holidays, or major festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

In cases of national emergency, lockdown, political unrest, or natural disasters, this cancellation policy may not apply.

This policy applies to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason.

Refund Policy

80% refund will be provided if the booking is canceled more than 21 days before the start of the tour/experience.

50% refund will be provided if the booking is canceled 14 to 21 days before the tour.

30% refund will be provided if the booking is canceled 7 to 14 days before the tour.

No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than 7 days before the tour begins.

Please note: Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total paid amount.
All refunds will be processed by Bookme within seven (7) working days after confirmation.
